• 1.1. The website is owned and operated by Arjun Kant, resident of 4B/4 Raj Narain Marg, Civil Lines, New Delhi – 110054. Arjun Kant is the sole proprietor of Arkadian Legal.

• 13.2. In case of any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of these Terms of Use between the parties hereto, the parties shall attempt to resolve the same through discussion.

In case the parties fail to arrive at an amiable solution through discussion, the same shall be referred to Arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The Company shall appoint the Arbitrator and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi. Subject to the arbitration proceedings, the Courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of these Terms.
• 13.4. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

• 14.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time, without any prior notification to you personally. You should look at these Terms regularly.
• 14.2. We may modify these terms or add any additional terms, and we will post the date of latest change on this page.
